Madtech Support was founded in 2008 by Warren Howard in Chennai, India.

Our People

Warren Howard

Warren has over 10 years of Information Technology (IT) industry experience, six years in Australia and four years in India. His experience includes delivering a Y2K transition project that simultaneously provided immediate performance and productivity gains, executing a series of server consolidation projects that facilitated a shift to centralised services and designing and implementing a directory based authentication system built entirely from open source technology.

Warren has a sound foundation in IT best practices and his key message — the importance of a planned and systematic approach to the management of IT — is a result of witnessing first hand the long term effects on organisations that do not take seriously the role of IT.

Warren formed Madtech Support specifically to help those organisations in search of an IT support partner committed to delivering high quality output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science with Honors in Physics from the University of Melbourne, Australia
• IBM Certified AIX Specialist
• Information Systems Examination Board Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
• Certified Novell Netware Administrator

Work history

• Joined OSIX — the Australian AIX experts in 1998
• Cambridge Technology Partners Australia acquired OSIX in 2000
• Novell acquired Cambridge Technology Partners in 2001
• Left Novell and joined NatureSoft Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai, India in 2004
• Left NatureSoft towards the end of 2007 and formed Madtech Support in 2008
